Job Description & Synthesis
Our client, a world renowned investment management firm based in Greenwich, CT,  s looking for an exceptionally talented individual to join their Human Resources Team. This position reports to the Head of Compensation and Human Capital Analytics.

Specific Responsibilities
  • Compensation modeling and analyses
  • Competitive benchmarking
  • Compensation expense planning/forecasting
  • Facilitating the year-end salary and bonus processes
  • Preparation of senior management presentations
  • Assist in accounting for compensation expense accurately
  • Preparing base salary budgets and analytics
  • Partnering with various internal teams on a wide variety of human capital analytics requests including, but not limited to: promotions, hiring, talent, attrition, workforce activity, and ad-hoc requests
Key Responsibilities
  • Bachelor’ s Degree
  • 3 to 5 Years Professional Related Work Experience
  • Strong Quantitative skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Access and Workday is a plus

He started his career in venture capital as an investment associate.

Spencer graduated from Harvard University in 2001 and resides in Ridgefield, CT with his wife and two sons.
